"No-Butcher" at UZH cafeterias

Starting from the Spring Semester 2025, UZH cafeterias will offer more vegetarian options on Mondays. The "Butcher" menu line will be transformed into "No-Butcher" on these days. This is one of several measures within the Strategic Project Decarb UZH Climate Neutrality 2030.
